After making contact on-line, we had a visit from one of the sales team within 24 hours. Graham provided a competitive on spot quote that we accepted. We needed 2 additional posts installed so that our deck could be installed to meet the decking company's tight timeframe. We were on a tight time frame to have the deck installed and Sam, a highly experinced installer installed the powder coated posts within a week. Fantastic. A few weeks after the deck went in, Sam arrived and installed the 4 eZip blinds. No fuss, no stress and no mess. Sam and assistant did a great job and we now have an extremely useable alfresco area we can enjoy all year round. It's the room you have without building a room. Product quality and professionalism are terms that have to be used in a review of services provided by All About Shade. Apart from those terms, we appreciated the friendly efficiency shown by people in the Company, from office staff to on-site crew. The blinds we had installed provided protection for our rear patio, and the site had some awkward points - a sloping roofline and a low retaining wall on one side. Nonetheless, measurements taken before making of the blinds proved to be precise, and the fitting crew carried out the work with expertise. My wife and I are happy to recommend All About Shade and their work. We've come to think of them as less of a company entity, than as a family of people determined to provide a quality service. ~ Les K

I've utilised the services of All About Shade (South) a couple of times now to completely shade and protect my back patio/verandah from the elements and have been very happy with the level of service they've provided. From the moment of first contact on the telephone, the onsite measure and quote and finishing up with the installers not only arriving on time to take a final measure, but also arriving on time for the installation of the blinds, has been fantastic. This is a very well structured company. All About Shade were very professional from the start of the process, throughout the process and to completion of the process. We only ordered 1 Zip Track blind and we got tremendous service and a fabulous outcome. Even though we live outside of the metropolitan area All About Shade cater fairly for country orders and don't impose hefty travelling fees like other companies do, especially a company that advertisers in our motoring magazine & expects astronomical fees to service regional orders. Hi all... Just had work done on 4 patio openings between brick columns/walls at my Mum's house, she and I are extremely pleased with the quality of materials used, the ease of operating the blinds and the job finish. I noted the durability of the brackets and lower slider bar (for want of a better name - the bar attached to the bottom of the blind) in particular, which are of a quite solid thick gauge aluminium, more than adequate for the task. The installers went to extra lengths to make the job aesthetically pleasing from inside and out and really fine tuned the positioning and function of the blinds until they moved up and down effortlessly. We purchased 2 large electric wind out awnings and new pull down blinds for our alfresco area from your company last year. We were very pleased with this company, they responded almost immediately. They arrived on time to give the quote, were competitive and pleasant to deal with at all times. The work was completed efficiently and does enhance our home, making our outside areas useable in all seasons . They seem to be maintenance free and go up and down a lot easier than other products we viewed. They have proved to be everything they claim to be and have been tested in the winter storms. Travis quoted and fitted our blinds nearly two years ago, the first company to quote couldn’t really figure it out as we have 7m apex roof and said we’d need double the amount of motor’s for our set up. Travis had one look and sussed it in one saving the extra expense and resulted in a more aesthetic appearance. As time has passed our blinds are holding up remarkably well although recently he has had to re-visit but this is due to operator error 😌. Would highly recommend him and his team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ~ Josh A

The guys at All About Shade kept us updated through the whole process, from quoting through to installation. They were prompt, checked and double checked measurements and site details before installation and cleaned up all the rubbish and swarf after they had finished. The installer went through all the details of use of our new blinds, including care that needed to be taken because of the location. I highly recommend All About Shade. I had outdoor blinds installed two months ago at a reasonable price, and they have been working well. The initial installer was careful and chose not to proceed due to concerns about potential wall damage, which I appreciated. From Quote to instal the procedure was seemless, effortless (for me) and they were on time (if not slightly earlier instal) Were able to get blinds done before christmas. The install guys were incredible. It was a very hot day and did not stop til they got it done which took all day. Friendly, cleaned up after them and the traks themselves look incredible. Love, love our Roof to Fence blinds, they have kept the harsh summer sun off the west side of our house beautifully, lowering the inside temperature by several degrees. Travis and Steve completed installation of 5 Ziptrak blinds and a large triangular fixed section exactly as quoted. The area is a large Country Builders alfrecso located south of Nannup and will definitely improve weather protection in all seasons plus looks fantastic.
