Product quality and professionalism are terms that have to be used in a review of services provided by All About Shade. Apart from those terms, we appreciated the friendly efficiency shown by people in the Company, from office staff to on-site crew. The blinds we had installed provided protection for our rear patio, and the site had some awkward points - a sloping roofline and a low retaining wall on one side. Nonetheless, measurements taken before making of the blinds proved to be precise, and the fitting crew carried out the work with expertise. My wife and I are happy to recommend All About Shade and their work. We've come to think of them as less of a company entity, than as a family of people determined to provide a quality service. ~ Les K
After making contact on-line, we had a visit from one of the sales team within 24 hours. Graham provided a competitive on spot quote that we accepted. We needed 2 additional posts installed so that our deck could be installed to meet the decking company's tight timeframe. We were on a tight time frame to have the deck installed and Sam, a highly experinced installer installed the powder coated posts within a week. Fantastic. A few weeks after the deck went in, Sam arrived and installed the 4 eZip blinds. No fuss, no stress and no mess. Sam and assistant did a great job and we now have an extremely useable alfresco area we can enjoy all year round. It's the room you have without building a room. I've utilised the services of All About Shade (South) a couple of times now to completely shade and protect my back patio/verandah from the elements and have been very happy with the level of service they've provided. From the moment of first contact on the telephone, the onsite measure and quote and finishing up with the installers not only arriving on time to take a final measure, but also arriving on time for the installation of the blinds, has been fantastic. If you're looking for that special old styled level of service from start to finish for ZipTrack shades/blinds at a price that provides you with 'bang for buck', I wholeheartedly recommend you use All About Shade (South) - and tell them I sent you! ~ Jono H
